- In the case that the sizes were selected erroneously on checkout process or the measurements where given with errors , there wont be any changes or refunds. "Remember you must verify your size on our size chart and take your measurements with a professional." There wont be any changes in the product if the person gains or loses weight during the confection of the product. For hygienic reasons, there wont be any change of products that has already been used. If for any other reason other than the ones stated here you need a product change, Vrolok Clothing by Marie France's Fashion Design, C.A. will assume the confection and shipping costs of the new product.

 

- Any problem with the product must be notified to Vrolok Clothing by Marie France's Fashion Design, C.A. in a period of no more than 5 days starting from when the product is delivered to the client, after that period we assume the client conformity.

 

- The confection time of our products is between 1 and 2 weeks. We will contact you to give you a time estimate when the purchase is made.

 

- The delivery estimate of our products is between 3 and 7 labor days depending on the destination, once the product has been sent we will contact you to give you the shipping info.

 

- Remember that if you want your product for a specific date, you must contact us before you make the purchase so we can confirm delivery of the product on time.

 

- The purchase can not be canceled or changed once it is in the confection department, if the product isn't in the confection department and you wish to cancel the order we will retain 25% of the refund money as administrative charges.
